If there ever was a nation with a beautiful assault on one?s senses, it would be Vietnam. Influenced by the Chinese, Japanese, French, and Americans, this is a land of such fascinating treasures and marvels. Think of conical-hatted farmers and vendors, water-buffaloes grazing upon fields as far as the eye can see, motorbikes weaving and out of traffic, paradisiacal landscapes, and of course, cuisine that would take you to heaven and back!
